After making sure your project is doable and putting a plan in place, we work on the actual design. As a licensed architectural firm, we offer a wide range of design services. 

During the early schematic design, we:

As your representative, we can take care of construction administration throughout your project. We can help you with the bid process by reviewing bids from contractors and subcontractors, and having your back in the negotiating process. 

We can also review shop drawings, observe installations, and create punch lists as part of our construction administration services. And when construction is finally complete, we can provide ‘as-built’ record drawings for you.

rehabilitation and renovation

Rehabilitating and renovating buildings is like solving a complex puzzle. We need to work within the constraints of the existing structure to create something that’s not only new, but also beautiful and functional.

Retrofitting a building requires precise attention to detail and creative problem-solving. And that's something we excel at.

We provide property assessment reports that identify a building's long-term and immediate needs. This includes providing design services for compliance with LL97, LL154, LL92, and 94, and all decarbonization efforts.

BIM Management

Technical experience and expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and standard means we've got the tools and know-how to help you create comprehensive and intelligent models for your project.

We can walk you through the entire process, and help you seamlessly integrate BIM technology into every phase—from planning and design all the way through to construction and maintenance.
