Project Description
165 Malcolm X Blvd is a five-story, residential condominium on an infill site. An elevator provides access to all floors. Unique brick patterning was used to create texture on the exterior and a dark granite base adds intrigue. Balconies adds access to the outdoors.
CHALLENGES
At just 25 feet wide, this was a narrow lot for construction.
