Project Description

1833 Nostrand Avenue is a new 6-story education building designed for the Ascend Charter School. Upon completion, the facility will house 450 students. The 45,000 SF building features a double-height gymnasium and rooftop basketball court. Classrooms are aligned along the two street frontages to maximize daylight in all spaces.
