Project Description

326 Avenue U is a luxury rental with one unit occupying each floor, the elevator stopping in each unit. Units are arranged with living rooms facing the street and bedrooms facing the rear and balconies at both ends. Unique angles break up the exposed concrete façade.

CHALLENGES

• This narrow, irregular infill lot provided design and construction challenges and required an innovative structural solution.

• Adjacent to a busy USPS facility.
